Easy Tomato Bisque Soup Recipe |
Ingredients
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves or allspice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk

Method
In a medium pan, simmer tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, cloves/allspice, and sugar for 10 minutes until the mixture has a paste consistency.
Melt the butter in a large pan
and whisk in the flour and add the milk.
Simmer until the bisque has thickened.
Add the hot
tomato mixture to the hot milk mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
